Hire our incredible hospitality spaces! We offer a wide range of facilities, from demo kitchens to filleting rooms. Our state-of-the-art filleting room is sponsored by Hilton Foods Seachill. They’re equipped with 12 bespoke food preparation benches, cold storage, and freezers.
The sleek and modern demo kitchen is a great space for live cook-a-longs, workshops, and seminars. The kitchen even has the equipment to livestream, serving your masterpieces to an even bigger audience.
Our brand-new wet room is equipped with 12 bespoke industry-fit filleting benches plus one lower accessible bench, cold storage walk-in chiller and freezer, and trainees are provided with full PPE and filleting knives whilst using the facilities. This room has an AV screen with a docking station and more.
Our demonstration kitchen is the perfect fit for new product development and equipped with industry-fit equipment such as Robot Coupe food processors, thermomixers, KitchenAid mixers, Pacojets, blenders, tabletop fryers, dehydrator, combi ovens, grill, induction hob, vacuum sealer, sous vide, plus small kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery, AV screen with docking station, and more!
Our Skills Kitchen boasts 16 individual food preparation benches fully kitted out with small equipment, a tutor station, plus nine 4-burner induction hobs and electric ovens, salamanders, deep fat fryers, Robot Coupe food processors and stick blenders, and Thermomixers. This room has an AV screen with docking station and more.
Our Samphire kitchen boasts a real work-related training experience, the kitchen is a replica of industry kitchens, kitted out with a mix of gas and induction stoves, Rationale combi oven, brat pan, deep fat fryers, salamanders, patisserie station, pot wash, hot plate, an extensive selection of small equipment, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen also has an AV screen with a docking station and more. The newly refurbished restaurant boasts up to 11 tables and will accommodate up to 43 covers plus six bar stools. Our restaurant bar features an elegant look with beverage and wine chillers, a mixology station, and a barista station.
Our UK Seafood School theory room has six computers, an AV screen with docking station, plus break-out areas. It’s an ideal space for teaching theory, conducting seminars, and holding meetings.
Our on-site restaurant, The Samphire, is the perfect space for a private dining experience. Trainee chefs make the most of the greatest ingredients Lincolnshire has to offer, including fantastic seafood fresh from the famous docks.
